Our story

A steady hand for Florida’s community associations.

Shaun Zaciewski founded the firm in 2015, after years with firms that served as general counsel to thousands of community associations across Florida.

Boards call us when something has to be handled correctly the first time: an assessment that is not being paid, a covenant that is being ignored, a vendor contract nobody read closely, a turnover that never happened.

We work exclusively with condominium and homeowners associations, so the statute, the documents and the politics of a board meeting are familiar ground. You get an attorney who answers the phone, explains the options in plain language and tells you what a matter will realistically take.

How we practice

Four values, as operating principles.

  1. Integrity

We tell boards what we would do if it were our building — including when to walk away.

  2. Honesty

Clear scope, clear cost, clear odds. No surprises in the invoice or the outcome.

  3. Respect

Directors are volunteers. We explain, we do not lecture, and we keep meetings on time.

  4. Trust

One attorney on your file, reachable, from the first call through the last filing.

The team

Two attorneys and a litigation paralegal.

The person who takes your first call stays on your file.

Your association deserves counsel that answers.

Call the office, or send a note about what your board is dealing with. You will hear back from the attorney, not an intake form.
