Shaun Zaciewski is a Florida community association attorney with two decades of experience representing condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, boards of directors and property owners throughout the state.
Before founding the firm in 2015, he practiced with firms that served as general counsel to thousands of community associations across Florida. Earlier, as a consumer relations specialist, he investigated violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
His practice covers the full range of Chapters 718, 719 and 720: covenant enforcement, collections, contract preparation and amendments to governing documents, with an active litigation practice in state and federal court.
