Information we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the information you choose to send: your name, the association you are writing about, your email address and a short description of the matter. We do not ask for more than we need to reply.
Like most websites, our server also records basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use what you send to run a conflict check and to reply to you. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Contact form submissions
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to the office by email and stored securely on this website so that no request is lost. Only the firm has access to them.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party services
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We keep contact requests for as long as we need them to respond and to meet our professional obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting the office.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
